Firstly, we have an initial ‘discovery’ meeting to discuss your requirements. You’ll then receive a content planner tailored to your needs that’ll guide you through what information is needed, i.e. text and images. We gather most of the information during the initial discovery and planning meetings.

Depending on the website’s size, it can take between four to eight weeks. Large or highly technical sites can take a little longer. We keep you updated throughout the process, so you’ll always know where the project is at. 

We welcome revisions. Our team strives to be the leading Auckland website design company, therefore, we’re happy when you’re happy!

Absolutely! We’re always available to help with changes or additions via our optional support service. If you find you just need a few minor alterations from time to time, we’re also happy to offer a discounted, loyal customer hourly rate for help just when you need it. Upon receipt of full payment, we hand the site and all its intellectual property rights over to you, so you become the site owner.

Most websites that we build use the WordPress Content Management System. Once the site’s finished, we’ll give you full access so you’ll be able to make changes yourself.
